Rosella is cultivated for both culinary and traditional medicinal purposes throughout tropical and subtropical regions of the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNative to tropical Africa, \u003cem\u003eHibiscus sabdariffa\u003c\/em\u003e has travelled widely through Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and the Pacific, becoming an important food plant in many cultures.
