Young leaves are delicious fresh in salads, sandwiches and pizzas, while more mature leaves can be lightly wilted or added to pasta dishes, stir-fries and soups. Fast growing and cold tolerant, rocket is ideal for succession sowing to provide a continuous harvest of fresh greens.

Approximately 450–550 seeds per gram
Approximately 125 seeds per packet

When to Plant (Australia)

Tropics: April to August
Subtropics: March to September
Mild climates: February to October
Cold climates: Spring to autumn

Planting / Sowing

Sow seed directly into well-prepared, well-drained soil, covering with 3–5 mm of soil.
