Both are excellent steamed, sautéed or added to soups, pies, pasta and vegetable dishes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSilverbeet has been cultivated around the Mediterranean since ancient times and is remarkably adaptable, growing across a wide range of climates and soils.
