300 year old variety, thick fleshed long tapered green fruit to 15cm turning red, medium hot, versatile, excellent stuffed, in soups, stews and sauces, good as a pickle and for drying, vigorous upright bush to 60cm, bears continously, 70-80 days. Heat 2.
Grown the same as sweet Capsicum. Used fresh or dried and suited for pickling. Range from mildest Heat 1 to hottest Heat 10.
