Sprouts - Chives - Garlic (GST free)

1tbs for 1 1/2 to 2 cups. Sprouting time 12-14 days. Jar, saucer or Sprouter can be used. When using jar cover mouth of jar with porous material secured with a rubber band. Soak overnight then rinse and drain, continuing this cycle 2-3 times per day until harvest. Sprout length 2-5cm. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
