Fenugreek Seeds

(Trigonella foenumgraecum)

Fenugreek is annual and grows to 60cm. The seeds used to make tea to break up mucous congestion. Sprouts used sparingly in salads and ground for curries. Source of organic phosphorous. Sweet, nutty with a slight bitterness. Sow Autumn, Winter, Spring. 3-4 weeks from seedling to harvest.
