One tablespoon makes approximately 1 1/2 cups of sprouts. Sprouting time 5-7 days. Jar, clay dish or sprouter can be used. When using jar cover mouth of jar with porous material secured with a rubber band. Soak overnight then rinse and drain, continuing this cycle until harvest.To minimize spoilage remove hulls by skimming off the top with a spoon.
