Weigh them down with a brick or stone to keep them submerged.3️⃣ Cover and Wait – Put a lid on it and leave it to steep for 2-4 weeks. It will smell—badly—so keep it somewhere away from your house!4️⃣ Strain the Liquid – After a few weeks, strain out the leaves and keep the liquid.
