A compact basil variety producing masses of small, sweetly flavoured leaves that are ideal for frequent harvesting. ‘Fino Verde’ is well suited to continuous picking, responding quickly with fresh growth and maintaining a neat, productive habit. The tender immature leaves are excellent for fresh use, pestos, and garnishes. An annual basil that performs well in warm conditions and full sun, particularly suited to pots and small garden spaces.

Tropics: March to August
Subtropics: September to March
Mild climates: October to March
Cold climates: November to February
Planting / Sowing
Sow seed shallowly into well drained soil in a warm, sunny position once frost risk has passed. Keep soil evenly moist during germination. Space plants 20 to 25 cm apart. Regular harvesting encourages continuous leaf production and bushy growth. Suitable for garden beds and pots.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
