Rocket is a hardy annual leafy green prized for its tender leaves and distinctive mildly spicy, peppery flavour. Young leaves are delicious fresh in salads, sandwiches and pizzas, while more mature leaves can be lightly wilted or added to pasta dishes, stir-fries and soups. Fast growing and cold tolerant, rocket is ideal for succession sowing to provide a continuous harvest of fresh greens.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed directly into well-prepared, well-drained soil, covering with 3–5 mm of soil. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination. Thin seedlings to 10–15 cm apart, or sow more densely for baby leaf production. Harvest young, tender leaves from around 45 days, or begin picking individual leaves earlier as required.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
