Brassica rapa var. nipposinica

Mizuna is a traditional Japanese leafy green prized for its finely serrated leaves, crisp texture and mild, peppery flavour. More delicate than many mustards, it is delicious in salads, stir-fries, soups and steamed dishes. Fast growing and highly productive, Mizuna thrives in cool conditions and tolerates both cold and wet weather, making it an excellent choice for autumn, winter and spring gardens. Baby leaves can be harvested in as little as 20 days, with mature plants ready in 40–60 days.

Approximately 250 seeds per packet

Harvest young leaves regularly for continuous production or allow plants to mature for larger bunches.
