Pancalieri Fine Cut is an attractive heirloom endive with finely divided, dark green leaves and crisp white ribs. The tender leaves have a mild, nutty flavour that is excellent in salads, while larger leaves can also be lightly cooked. Hardy and adaptable, this variety performs well in both warm and cool conditions, tolerating heat as well as frost. Harvest from around 33 days for baby leaves or allow plants to reach full size in approximately 52 days.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed directly or raise seedlings, planting 5 mm deep in fertile, well drained soil in full sun or part shade. Space plants 20–30 cm apart. Keep the soil evenly moist for tender, crisp leaves. Harvest baby leaves regularly or allow plants to mature for full-sized heads.

Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
