Red Tango is a striking looseleaf lettuce with long, deeply lobed burgundy-red leaves forming a large, compact rosette. The inner leaves are a rich reddish-bronze, creating an attractive contrast that makes this variety as ornamental as it is productive. Fast growing, heat tolerant and slow to bolt, Red Tango is an excellent choice for colourful salad mixes and reliable harvests through the warmer months.

Keep the soil evenly moist and provide afternoon shade during warmer weather. Harvest outer leaves regularly for continuous production or allow plants to reach full size before cutting.

FLOWER SEEDS WITH EDEN
Flower seeds: As fellow gardening enthusiasts we share the love for planting and nurturing our own flowers in addition to our veggie gardens. Our carefully selected range of flower seeds, available for convenient online purchase, holds a special place in our hearts. Like the endangered vegetables we've championed, these flower varieties face the risk of vanishing forever. Some of these older strains are incredibly rare, and it's a source of immense pride for us to offer and deliver these precious flower seeds Australia-wide.
