Great Lakes lettuce microgreens have a mild, fresh flavour and crisp texture, making them an excellent base for salads, sandwiches, wraps and garnishes. Harvested at the young seedling stage, they are quick to grow and provide a tender, nutrient-rich addition to meals year round. Their bright green leaves and delicate taste pair well with almost any savoury dish.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed densely over a shallow tray of quality seed-raising mix and cover very lightly with 2–3 mm of growing medium. Keep evenly moist in a bright position, avoiding direct hot sun during germination. Harvest with scissors once the cotyledons have fully opened and the first true leaves begin to emerge, usually in 7–14 days.

Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
