Wild Rocket, also known as Arugula Sylvetta or Roquette, is a perennial relative of common rocket with finely divided, deeply lobed leaves and a richer, more intense peppery flavour. Slower growing than annual rocket, it continues producing over an extended period when leaves are harvested regularly. The aromatic foliage is excellent in salads, on pizzas, stirred through pasta, or lightly wilted into warm dishes.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed directly into well-prepared, well-drained soil, covering with 3–5 mm of soil. Keep the soil consistently moist during germination. Thin seedlings to 15–20 cm apart to allow plants to establish well. Begin harvesting individual leaves once plants are established, around 50 days from sowing, picking regularly to encourage continuous fresh growth.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
