A hardy perennial aster producing cheerful, daisy like flowers in a mix of colours. Compact and low growing, Aster alpinus is well suited to rockeries, borders, and the front of garden beds, where it provides reliable spring to early summer colour. Plants form neat clumps and are tolerant of cooler conditions, making them a useful choice for temperate and cold climate gardens. Attractive to pollinators and easy to grow, this alpine aster brings a classic cottage garden feel to smaller spaces.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed onto the surface of well drained soil and lightly press in or cover very lightly. Keep soil evenly moist during germination. Grow in full sun to part shade. Space plants 25 to 30 cm apart to allow clumps to develop and spread naturally over time.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
