Parsley Microgreens produce delicate, bright green leaves with the fresh, clean flavour that has made parsley one of the world's most valued culinary herbs. Rich in vitamins A, B and C, as well as naturally containing iron and potassium, parsley microgreens are an easy way to add fresh flavour and colour to sandwiches, salads, soups and garnishes. Although parsley is slower to germinate than many microgreens, the flavour and versatility make it well worth the wait.

When to Plant (Australia)
Suitable for year-round indoor production.
Planting / Sowing
Sow seed densely over a tray of moist seed-raising mix or a suitable microgreen growing medium. Lightly cover with a thin layer of mix or vermiculite and keep evenly moist. Place in a bright position out of direct, harsh sunlight. Parsley germinates slowly, typically taking 2–4 weeks. Harvest with clean scissors once the seedlings reach 5–10 cm tall, usually 21–28 days after sowing.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.

FLOWER SEEDS WITH EDEN
Flower seeds: As fellow gardening enthusiasts we share the love for planting and nurturing our own flowers in addition to our veggie gardens. Our carefully selected range of flower seeds, available for convenient online purchase, holds a special place in our hearts. Like the endangered vegetables we've championed, these flower varieties face the risk of vanishing forever. Some of these older strains are incredibly rare, and it's a source of immense pride for us to offer and deliver these precious flower seeds Australia-wide.
