Wheat Grass is one of the easiest and fastest microgreens to grow, producing lush, vibrant green shoots with a fresh, sweet flavour. Traditionally grown for juicing, smoothies and wheatgrass shots, it is also popular as a nutritious addition to salads and sandwiches when harvested young. Suitable for year-round indoor production in a bright position, it grows quickly and is ideal for regular successive sowings.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed densely over a shallow tray of quality seed-raising mix and cover lightly with a thin layer of growing medium. Keep evenly moist and maintain temperatures between 16–25°C for the best germination. Place in a bright position out of harsh direct sun and harvest with scissors once the shoots reach 10–15 cm tall, usually in 8–12 days. Suitable for repeated sowings throughout the cooler months.
