Tall Pak Choi is a vigorous, fast-growing Chinese cabbage variety producing upright green leaves and crisp white stems. Taller and more open in habit than many dwarf pak choi varieties, it delivers generous harvests of tender stems and leafy greens in a remarkably short time.
The succulent white stems and mild-flavoured leaves are ideal for stir-fries, soups, steaming and other Asian-inspired dishes. Young plants can also be harvested as baby greens, while mature plants provide substantial harvests for the kitchen. Its rapid growth and reliable performance make it a popular choice for home gardeners and market growers alike.
Well adapted to warmer conditions, Tall Pak Choi continues to perform when many cool-season greens begin to struggle. It thrives in moist soils and reaches harvest maturity in as little as 40 days.

Grow in full sun to partial shade in fertile, moisture-retentive soil enriched with compost. Keep soil consistently damp, particularly during warm weather, to encourage rapid growth and tender stems. Harvest whole plants or pick outer leaves as required from around 40 days after sowing.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
