A classic cottage garden perennial producing large, brightly coloured spurred flowers in a rich mix of shades. Flowering stems rise above soft, fern like foliage, with plants reaching around 70 cm tall. ‘McKana’s Giant’ is well suited to borders, woodland style gardens, and lightly shaded beds, where its long flowering period adds height and colour. Attractive to pollinators and easy to grow in well drained soil, it brings a timeless, romantic feel to spring and early summer gardens.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed onto the surface of moist, well drained soil and lightly cover or press in. Best sown in cooler conditions, as seed benefits from lower temperatures to germinate. Keep soil evenly moist but not wet. Grow in full sun to part shade, with protection from harsh afternoon sun. Space plants 30 to 40 cm apart to allow for mature growth.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.

FLOWER SEEDS WITH EDEN
Flower seeds: As fellow gardening enthusiasts we share the love for planting and nurturing our own flowers in addition to our veggie gardens. Our carefully selected range of flower seeds, available for convenient online purchase, holds a special place in our hearts. Like the endangered vegetables we've championed, these flower varieties face the risk of vanishing forever. Some of these older strains are incredibly rare, and it's a source of immense pride for us to offer and deliver these precious flower seeds Australia-wide.
