Planting / Sowing
Sow seed directly into well drained soil in full sun to part shade. In warm areas, sow from early spring. In cooler areas, wait until late spring once frost risk has passed. Sow seed shallowly and keep soil evenly moist during germination. For baby leaf harvest, sow thickly and begin cutting once plants reach 10 to 15 cm tall. For larger leaves, thin seedlings to approximately 15 to 25 cm apart, depending on the varieties present. Regular harvesting will extend the productive life of the planting.

Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
