Phaseolus vulgaris

A resilient, cool-climate heirloom prized for its plump white seeds and strong performance in short growing seasons. Originally bred in the northeastern United States, it is well adapted to variable weather and poorer soils, making it a dependable choice for cooler regions. With a mild, creamy flavour, these beans are ideal for soups, baked bean recipes, or anywhere a soft, smooth textured white bean is needed. Vigorous plants produce generous yields that dry down reliably for easy harvest and storage.

Approximately 15 seeds per packet
