Monstrosa Mix is a charming English Daisy producing large, fully double flowers in shades of pink, red and white. Compact and free flowering, the densely petalled blooms sit above neat rosettes of green foliage and provide cheerful colour through the cooler months.
Perfect for cottage gardens, borders, edging, containers and pots, Bellis works beautifully planted in groups or alongside other cool-season flowers. The blooms can also be picked for small posies and floral arrangements.
A hardy perennial often grown as an annual or biennial, Monstrosa performs best in mild, cool conditions and appreciates regular moisture and protection from intense summer heat.
Seed count: approximately 6,000 seeds/g
Approximately 1,000 seeds per packet
When to Plant (Australia)
Tropics: Autumn to winter
Subtropics: Autumn to winter
Mild climates: Autumn and spring
Cold climates: Spring to early summer
Planting / Sowing
Sow into trays or directly into finely prepared soil. The seed is very small, so sow shallowly and cover with only a fine layer of seed-raising mix. Keep consistently moist during germination.
Transplant or thin once seedlings are established, spacing approximately 15–20 cm apart. Grow in full sun in cooler climates or partial shade where conditions are warmer.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.

FLOWER SEEDS WITH EDEN
Flower seeds: As fellow gardening enthusiasts we share the love for planting and nurturing our own flowers in addition to our veggie gardens. Our carefully selected range of flower seeds, available for convenient online purchase, holds a special place in our hearts. Like the endangered vegetables we've championed, these flower varieties face the risk of vanishing forever. Some of these older strains are incredibly rare, and it's a source of immense pride for us to offer and deliver these precious flower seeds Australia-wide.
