Moroccan Coriander is a traditional variety prized for its exceptionally sweet, aromatic seeds and fresh, flavourful foliage. An essential herb in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Mexican, Latin American, South Asian and Indian cuisines, it offers two harvests from the one plant. The fresh leaves are perfect for salads, curries, salsas and garnishes, while the mature seeds develop a warm, citrusy flavour that is enhanced by lightly toasting before grinding. Whole seeds are also ideal for pickling and brining, where they release their flavour gradually.

Planting / Sowing
Direct sow seed 10–15 mm deep into fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Coriander develops a taproot and is best sown where it is to grow. Keep the soil consistently moist and sow every 2–3 weeks for a continuous supply of fresh leaves. Allow selected plants to flower and mature for seed harvest approximately 90–120 days after sowing.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
