Bouquet Dill is a vigorous, uniform variety producing abundant dark blue-green foliage with excellent flavour and attractive yellow flower umbels. Grown for both its aromatic leaves and seeds, it is a favourite for fresh salads, seafood, potatoes, dressings and herb butters, while the flowers and seed heads are indispensable for pickling. The nectar-rich blooms also attract bees and other beneficial insects, making Bouquet Dill an excellent companion plant in the vegetable garden.

Planting / Sowing
Direct sow seed 5–10 mm deep into fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Dill develops a taproot and is best sown where it is to grow. Space plants 20–30 cm apart and keep the soil evenly moist during establishment. Harvest the young leaves as required, or allow plants to flower and mature for seed production. Succession sow every few weeks for a continuous harvest.
Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.

FLOWER SEEDS WITH EDEN
Flower seeds: As fellow gardening enthusiasts we share the love for planting and nurturing our own flowers in addition to our veggie gardens. Our carefully selected range of flower seeds, available for convenient online purchase, holds a special place in our hearts. Like the endangered vegetables we've championed, these flower varieties face the risk of vanishing forever. Some of these older strains are incredibly rare, and it's a source of immense pride for us to offer and deliver these precious flower seeds Australia-wide.
