Red Cabbage microgreens produce beautiful deep reddish-purple stems and leaves with a mild, sweet cabbage flavour. They are a colourful and nutritious addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps and garnishes, bringing both vibrant colour and fresh flavour to a wide range of dishes. Fast and easy to grow, they are a favourite for home growers and chefs alike.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed densely over a shallow tray of quality seed-raising mix and press lightly into the surface. Cover with a very thin layer of growing medium and keep evenly moist in a bright position. Harvest with scissors once the cotyledons have fully opened and the first true leaves begin to appear, usually in 7–12 days.

Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
