Green Wave Mustard is a vigorous, upright heirloom producing large, pale green leaves with deeply curled edges and a crisp texture. Young leaves add a pleasantly peppery bite to salads and sandwiches, while mature leaves become mild and tender when lightly cooked, making an excellent spinach substitute. Fast growing and productive, it is well suited to continuous harvesting throughout the cooler months.

Planting / Sowing
Sow seed directly or raise seedlings, covering with approximately 5 mm of soil. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or part shade, spacing plants 20–30 cm apart. Keep the soil evenly moist and harvest young leaves regularly to encourage continuous production. Mature plants reach approximately 40 cm tall and are ready to harvest in 40–60 days.

Due to quarantine restrictions, TAS has an 800g limit per each seed variety and WA has a 10,000 seeds limit per variety.
