Red Giant Mustard is a popular Japanese heirloom producing large, tender leaves with rich purplish-red colouring and a bold, peppery flavour. Young leaves add colour and spice to fresh salads, while mature leaves become milder when lightly cooked, making them ideal for stir-fries, soups and steamed dishes. Fast growing and highly productive, it is an excellent choice for continuous harvesting throughout the cooler months.
